Shipping Conditions and Delivery Times

Polaris Audio Srl uses for its shipments the services of international express couriers including Tnt Global Express, Fedex, DHL, and other international carriers. You can check the status of your shipments at any time, simply by visiting the official website of the courier and entering the number of waybill (tracking) that we will communicate by e-mail after shipment.

The goods always have insurance against theft and/or damage; if you receive a visibly damaged package, it is absolutely necessary to accept it with reserve. At the time of delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check:

  • that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the attached transport document;
  • that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).

Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately notified by writing on the waybill of the carrier the words: " PICKING WITH RESERVE BECAUSE 'THE PACK IS' DAMAGED "also specifying the reason for acceptance with reserve (eg. "flattened packaging", "laundry packaging", etc.). Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will no longer be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of the goods delivered. Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery, in accordance with the procedures set out in this document. The costs of storage, for failure to collect (due to any reason) of the goods delivered, remain the sole responsibility of the customer: it is essential, therefore, to provide us with a delivery address valid at the time of order, as it can not be changed once the goods have been shipped.

The cost of the shipment is calculated automatically in the order page, after entering the product in the cart and have entered your destination address.

The delivery takes place, under normal conditions, in 24/48 working hours from the shipment of goods.

For some hard-to-reach locations, delivery may take 72/96 hours up to a week.

We cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from any delay occurred during transport. The delay in delivery does not constitute a reason for withdrawal from the purchase contract. The time required to receive the goods also depends on the availability of the products ordered, the time when the order is sent and the shipping method chosen. Orders sent in the evening and weekend will be processed on the first working day.

Note: Please note that couriers do not collect or deliver on weekends and holidays. The address given to us when ordering cannot be a P.O. box, but must be, necessarily, a physical address.
