  2. Choose the products you want to buy and add them to your cart
  3. Select the delivery and payment methods you prefer, fill in your details and confirm your order.
  4. You will receive an email confirmation with the complete data of your order.

You can always follow the status of your order from your personal area and you will receive all updates by email. You can also monitor the shipment through the tracking number of the courier.

Check that the product you are purchasing is available, that you have not made any typing errors, that your card's spending limit has not been exceeded, or that your card has not expired.

Your new order will appear immediately in My Account -> Order History, where you will find all the data and information about the delivery.

Yes, of course you can. To change it, go to your personal area, in the My Personal Data section. There you can indicate your new email address. The new email must be valid and in use, we will send you an email with a link to click as confirmation.

No, there may be products that are out of stock and in the process of reassortment or out of production.
The availability of each product is always indicated in the detail page of the product and in the cart.

Yes, if the product is only temporarily unavailable, you can proceed with the purchase. However, we will not be able to give you a delivery date but we will send you the date as soon as the product is available. It is not possible to buy out of stock or discontinued products.
