The Xindak MS-3 is a KT-88 60 Watt per channel mono tube power amp. This is a product for the experienced audiophile who prefers the persuasive and captivating sound of KT-88 tubes in a multichassis configuration.
Each single mono channel adopts, in the preliminary amplification stage, an ECC83 valve (12AX7): an ECC81 valve (12AT7) is used to invert the phase of the push-pull circuit made with a pair of KT88 (6550) power tubes. An additional 5Z3P (5U4G) tube operates as a rectifier.
The output transformer is EI type with a wide frequency response, the input power supply section adopts a toroidal transformer able to cancel external interference.
Rubycon capacitors are used to filter the input current, while in the amplification stage red WIMA capacitors and precision annular resistors are used.
The qualities of these tube monophonic amplifiers are: the great transparency, delicacy and fluidity of the sound.
The high power output of the Xindak MS-3 makes it easy to drive even medium-low efficiency speakers.
NOTE: Price per single monophonic amplifier.
